New Delhi: Amid the ongoing controversy surrounding NEET UG 2024, the Ministry of Education announced on Wednesday night the cancellation of the UGC NET June 2024 examination citing concerns over its integrity. The UGC NET exam, which is conducted in OMR mode across two shifts, attracted participation from over 9 lakh candidates vying for Assistant Professor positions in universities and colleges, as well as eligibility for junior research fellowships.
