Following the release of the second list, BJP leader Om Prakash Dhankar commented on the implications of AAP's alliance breakdown with Congress. Speaking to ANI, Dhankar criticized the alliance, stating, “AAP and Congress have lost in Delhi even after an alliance. In Haryana too, they would have lost had they come together. Now the alliance hasn't happened, they (AAP) will not be able to win a single seat. A party which cannot get us water is of no use to us.”

The deadline for filing nominations is September 12.
