The Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal was put in jail on false charges and the current Chief Minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren has also been put in jail. Our Education Minister Manish Sisodia and Health Minister Satyendra Jain have been arrested and kept in jail for about two years. AAP MP Sanjay Singh was kept in jail for six months without any reason. This is very dangerous for the democracy of the country.”CBI arrested Kejriwal just before the SC hearingHe further said that Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI in a hurry when he had every possibility of getting bail from the Supreme Court because he had got bail from the trial court, which is a big example of dictatorship.Hayer further added that the misuse of investigation agencies is very unfortunate for the democracy of the country. Therefore, the Prime Minister should stop its misuse and clarify his stand on this matter. He should also speak on the atrocities being committed against Arvind Kejriwal and release him as soon as possible.He said that they have started a protest against the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal at our party level but are already in talks with the leaders of the INDIA Alliance and with their support this voice will be raised louder.
