A week after marriage, case filed against motivational speaker Vivek Bindra for allegedly beating his wife

Vivek Bindra, who is known for his motivational videos, has now been booked for allegedly beating his wife. A case has been filed against him by his brother-in-law in Noida sector 126. 

Vivek and Yanika tied the knot on December 6, 2023. However, the case was filed against him just days later on December 14 at Noida Sector 126 police station. 

 

About the case: 

According to the police, the complaint was filed by Vaibhav Kwatra, the brother of Bindra's wife, Yanika, who claimed that the incident took place in the Supernova West Residency in Noida Sector 94, where the couple resides. 


In the early hours of December 7, a heated argument erupted between Bindra and his mother, Prabha. Yanika stepped in to mediate, but got physically assaulted by Bindra, police said. 
The assault has allegedly left deep wounds on Yanika's body, as captured in a video that has since gone viral on social media. According to the details mentioned in the FIR, Bindra allegedly assaulted his wife and broke her phone too.
