According to the police, a 70-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping a minor girl in a village here. The girls mother has filed a case against the accused.Whats full matter The mother of the victim girl has said in her complaint that according to the complaint lodged by her 15-year-old elder brother, the accused kidnapped the 15-year-old girl and took her to a hut near the village.
