After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, the central government has taken a big decision and issued an order to cancel the visas of all Pakistani citizens living in the country and to leave India within 48 hours. After this decision, Seema Haider has become the most talked about. Seema came to India illegally from Pakistan and is now living as the wife of Indian youth Sachin Meena in Rabupura, Greater Noida. Seema Haider entered India illegally via Nepal. After coming to India, Seema married Sachin Meena. Both of them met through the PUBG game and gradually this relationship turned into love.

Seema Haider in Spotlight

Seema is now living with Sachin and they have a child who was born in India. After the latest order of the government, the question is arising whether Seema Haider will also have to leave India? According to experts, the matter is complicated. Firstly, the government has cancelled the visas of those Pakistani citizens who were living in India legally, whereas Seema Haider had come to India illegally without a visa. Therefore, this order does not apply directly to her. Secondly, Seema is now the wife of an Indian citizen and their child was born in India, due to which human and legal aspects can play an important role in this matter. The case related to Seema's citizenship and her illegal entry into India is pending in the court.

What did Seema Haider's lawyer say?
Seema Haider's lawyer AP Singh said that Seema has given birth to a baby girl and she is currently in the hospital. He said that the mercy petition has already been filed and they are in touch with the Indian government. He said that Seema is now India's daughter-in-law and her citizenship process is also underway. However, this matter has become even more sensitive in view of the growing India-Pakistan tension and national security concerns.

Pak Citizens Face Deportation

Security agencies are already keeping an eye on Seema's activities. The final decision will depend on the court's decision and the government's policy. At present, there has been no clear statement from the central government in the case of Seema Haider. But it is clear that this matter may heat up further in the coming days and its direction will be decided by the court's decision.
