3-year-old found dead in drain inside classroom, Patna school set ablaze

An infuriated crowd has set a school on fire after the body of a student was allegedly found on school premises.

The streets of Patna are witnessing a wave of outrage as an irate throng has targeted a private school after the body of a three-year-old was discovered on the premises. According to initial reports, the tragic discovery was found when the missing child's family initiated a frantic search after he failed to return home from school. Upon arrival at the educational institution, suspicions emerged as school officials allegedly attempted to divert questions regarding the child's whereabouts, causing additional alarm among family members.

Hunt for child led to this shocking discovery

Determined to find out the truth, the family proceeded with their investigation, which eventually led to a tragic revelation. The three-year-old's body was discovered deep within the school grounds, stashed in a drainage gutter.

Seeing the escalating situation, the local authorities were notified about the entire matter. Patna Superintendent of Police Chandra Prakash said that the investigation is on. The CCTV footage showed the child entering the school, but he did not leave. As per the officer, they doubt that there might be criminal intent involved as the school authorities were hiding the body. Till now three have been detained in connection with the case and the inquiry is still on. 

Family members protest to demand justice

Fuming relatives and community members have taken to the streets demanding justice for the child. Several vehicles and parts of the school's walls have been set ablaze by the protesters leading to blocking of the road and disrupting the traffic.
