The news of a Pune teen getting bail in just 15 hours after allegedly killing two people with a Porsche is indeed concerning and has sparked outrage among many. According to the recent updates, the 17-year-old boy who killed two on the bike, with the speeding car was out of bail hours after being arrested.

What is the incident all about?

The 24-year-old Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta, both were engineers and were returning after attending a party with friends in Pune on Saturday. According to eyewitnesses, a speeding Porsche which was running at the speed of 200 km per hour, without a number plate, hit the bike. Following this, both the victims suffered serious injuries and died on the spot.

According to the eyewitnesses, the accident happened at around 2:15 am and the driver was trying to flee but the airbags deployed and he could not see the road and parked the car, following which he was caught by the crowd. Along with him, there were two more occupants in the car, out of which one escaped. The accused were then beaten up by the people at the incident spot.

Soon, after getting the information, the police reached the spot.

Conditions of bail 

His lawyer Prashant Patil while speaking to the media said that the court has granted the bail to the minor on some conditions. He must complete 15 days of work with the Yerwada traffic police, compose an essay about accidents, get treatment for his alcoholism, and attend counseling sessions. The defendant is the well-known Pune realtor's son.

It is worth noting that the swift grant of bail raises questions about the efficiency and fairness of the legal system, particularly regarding cases involving individuals from affluent backgrounds.
