Ram Mandir opening: In response to National Conference Chief Farooq Abdullah's recent comments about Lord Ram, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Indresh Kumar conveyed a message of inclusivity, asserting that Lord Ram belongs to everyone. Kumar urged Abdullah to extend this message to the INDIA bloc, emphasising that a visit to God's house requires no formal invitation.
The "Ram Mandir Rashtra Mandir Ak Sajhi Virast" book was unveiled by Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad at the Rang Bhawan Auditorium in Delhi. Dignitaries, including VHP President Alok Kumar, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Treasurer Govind Giri Maharaj, and RSS leader Indresh Kumar, attended the event.
Indresh Kumar highlighted the shared identity of Indians, echoing Farooq Abdullah's sentiment. He encouraged Abdullah to communicate this inclusivity to the INDIA bloc, stressing that a visit to God's house requires no formal invitation.
Farooq Abdullah had emphasised that Lord Rama doesn't solely belong to Hindus but is a universal figure. He urged people to recognise Lord Rama as a deity for all, transcending religious boundaries.
Indresh Kumar also appealed to religious places to decorate their prayer spaces on January 22, inviting people to watch the consecration ceremony on television and pray for global progress.
Addressing the commonality among people, Kumar asserted that 99% of individuals in neighbouring countries have converted religions, but their DNA remains the same. He emphasised the shared ancestry, reinforcing the common bond among people.
As the RSS leader highlighted the unifying aspects of diverse religious beliefs, he underscored the importance of embracing common humanity despite differences. The appeal for shared celebrations and mutual respect contributes to fostering harmony and unity across the nation.
