'Narendra Modi cannot win elections without EVM': RaGa slams PM Modi as Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra concludes

Rahul Gandhi criticizes PM Modi while concluding the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Shivaji Park alongside leaders of the India bloc.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi concludes the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Shivaji Stadium, Mumbai, Maharashtra, while taking a swipe at PM Modi as he alleged the manupulation of EVM. He mentions that “King's soul is in the EVM and every institution of the country, in the ED, CBI and Income Tax department.”

According to the former head of the Congress, a prominent Maharashtra leader quit the party and admitted to his mother, Sonia Gandhi, that he felt guilty about not being able to oppose the 'Shakti' which translates to power and that he was afraid of going to jail. Many others have had similar threats, he continued.

RaGa rages over the Rudamentry ruling!

“There is a word 'Shakti' in Hinduism. We are fighting against a Shakti,” Rahul Gandhi took a swipe at PM Modi. Rahul mentioned on his journey that he takes a jab at the media for not raising matters such as unemployment, farmer's issues, and Agniveer issues.

Gandhi goes on to mention that he understands the system, and that's why Narendra Modi is afraid of him, along with adding that the PM can't win elections without EVM.

The Arun Jaitley amalgamation?

RaGa mentioned in his speech that Arun Jaitley was coming to Rahul about the formation of the BJP government, pleading with him not to mention the issue of land acquisition. He further adds that Arun tried to intimidate him by saying that they would file a case against him. Gandhi mentioned that the ED interrogated him for 50 hours.

Monopoly or corruption?

Rahul on his concluding speach mentioned that the PM has alleged 'monopoly of corruption' and that he resolves to donate, getting business, take contract, gives bribe and takes aid from shell company to protect himself.

Shivaji Park marks as the final stop of Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra 

Rahul Gandhi wrapped up his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra with a rally at Shivaji Park, where a number of notable politicians from the INDIA bloc were present. Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu MK Stalin, leader of the RJD Tejashwi Yadav, and leader of the Shiv Sena (UBT) Udhaav Thackrey are accompanying him.


Gandhi honored the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj upon his arrival and paid his respects at the gravesite of Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray. Remarkably, Shivaji Park has long been the location of Shiv Sena demonstrations and meetings.

This was the last Congress rally at Mumbai which was previously addressed by Sonia Gandhi in 2003.
