After casting his vote in Sardarpura, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot took a swipe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday saying his speeches "lack substance."
Gehlot also exuded confidence in Congress's victory, saying that the Congress government will return to power in the state.
Voting for the 199-member assembly constituency is currently underway in Rajasthan.
Speaking to reporters after casting his vote at the Sardarpur assembly constituency, Gehlot said, " There is no substance in Modi ji's speeches. This is the state assembly election. This is not Modi Ji's election. We will stay here. We will talk about development."

During the ongoing assembly elections for 199 Assembly seats in Rajasthan, BJP president for the state, CP Joshi, made a subtle jibe at the Congress government by declaring that every vote will be for justice over injustice and good governance over "terrorism."
After casting his ballot on Saturday, the BJP state president told reporters he was sure the party will win back control of Rajasthan and that the incumbent Congress would be destroyed on December 3, the day of counting.
During his campaign stops in the state, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had charged the Ashok Gehlot administration of being indifferent to 'terrorism' and ignoring 'riots' when they occurred.
He also hauled the Gehlot government over the coals over the rising incidents of crime against women in the state.
