Significance: Celebrating fatherhood

This day gives an opportunity to reflect upon the fact that how much a father or anyone who is a father figure, whether it is an uncle, grandfather, brother, stepfather, or anyone around us, how much their mere presence makes our lives better, and how much they sacrifice so that we can lead a happy and comfortable life. This day gives a chance for both children and the father to bond with each other and cherish their relationship.

Honoring Fathers

On this day, children take time out from their busy schedules to visit their father and bring gifts, cakes, flowers, and cards for him to make him feel special and valued. Even if they cannot meet each other physically, they often spend time with one another through phone and video calls.
