Choosing the right clothes in summer is very important. Natural fabrics such as cotton, linen or ramie allow the body to breathe and have the ability to absorb sweat. Apart from this, it is more beneficial to wear loose and light-colored clothes. Tight clothes stick to the body and sweat does not dry, which can cause problems like stench and itching.

Take care of the diet

Your diet can also increase or decrease sweating. Spicy, hot, caffeinated foods like tea, coffee and fast food can increase the body temperature and cause excessive sweating. Instead, include cold things like cucumber, yogurt, coconut water, lemonade in your diet. They cool the body from inside and reduce sweating.

Biofeedback Therapy

If you are sweating excessively in the summer, you can also take the help of biofeedback therapy. With this, you learn to understand and control your body response with the help of a machine. Teaches your body how to deal with the problem of sweating.

Face, hands and feet should be washed with cold water several times during the summer. If you want, you can cool the underarms, neck and back for a few minutes with an ice pack or cold cloth. This keeps the body temperature balanced and reduces sweating.
