The beauty of a person is determined not just by their facial features but also by the glamor exuding from their hands, arms, and feet. Regardless of the beauty of a person’s face, their charm would come to naught if they go around with chapped hands and cracked ankles.

The problem of cracked heels is typically brought on by negligence, a deficiency in minerals intake, or pollution. There are several treatments available for mending cracked ankles, but the chances of adopting a sustainable method for maintaining soft heels are more if it is done by natural, homespun methods.

Lets find out what you can do to mend rough and chaffing heels at home:

Coconut Oil and Honey

After properly cleansing your feet at night, make a paste by combining a drop of honey and coconut oil. Massage your cracked ankles with the same. Put on a sock and go to bed. Your cracked ankles will become healthier and supple after using it consistently for a few days.

Glycerine and Lemon Juice

Lemon aids in removing dead skin while glycerine softens the ankles. Squeeze some lemon in glycerine and honey and at night, after properly washing and drying your feet, massage the paste on your cracked ankles. Observe visible change within a few days!

Wax Mask

With melted wax, combine mustard/coconut oil, and put it in a vial once it has cooled. Every night before going to bed, wash your feet and apply the lotion, massaging it into the ankle cracks. Slip into your socks and go to bed. Your heels will soften up with no cracks.

Banana Mask

For a banana mask, use ripe banana mashed and combined with raw milk and honey. Massage this paste deep into your cracked ankles. The chapped skin on the feet will soften and the ankles will regain health in just a few days.
