Mamaearth co-founder Ghazal Alagh on April 27 took her social media handle to disclose that she does not use mobile phone on Sunday, instead opted to spend time with family. Soon after Ghazal shared the post on X, it saw lot of responses agreeing to suggestion for not using mobile phone on Sundays.

Ghazal Alagh’s post on no digital distraction found connection with social media users, garnering over 16,000 views and several reactions. One user mentioned, “Did this during childhood as no phones were there to distract. 😉 Did this during the marriage phase... Did this during the maternity phase.. still executing this by hook or crook as our time as a parent or spouse is precious, crucial & unsubstituted. And it's a no regret zone🤘”

Another user wrote, “That seems like a good challenging goal for myself!”

Responding to the user, Ghazal wrote, “Do try it and let us know how it went.”

She said that the founders of Infosys, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Netflix do not believe in work-life balance, and that the definition of work-life balance is often misunderstood.

Recently, she spoke about "100-hour rule" to master skills, which refers to dedicatedly allot 100 hours to practice any new skill and how one could master it with the time spent working on it.
