Both these routines have different benefits and the only difference is in some skin care products. In the morning we go out in the dust and sunshine, due to which doing skin care in the morning does not give much benefit and the skin starts looking dull and dry. Therefore, doing skin care at night is more beneficial.

Morning skin care routine 

We use various products to get a glow on our face. Use face wash, moisturizer and sunscreen to clean your face during the day. Sunscreen protects you from UV rays. You can also apply serum for acne. But most people go out of the house to college or office during the day, so the problem of acne can also increase due to dust on the face and the skin does not look clean.

Night skin care routine 

At night you are at home and the skin is in relaxed and repair mode. Your skin is in recovery mode and this time is considered best for skin care. Before sleeping, clean your face with face wash according to your skin type and then after that you can massage your face with face oils which will make your face glow and make you feel relaxed. You can also apply eye cream at night, it will cool your eyes.

At night, our skin is in repair mode. Night helps in cleaning the damaged skin due to the dust and pollution of the day and gives the skin time to heal.

Provides relief from acne

If you have acne on your skin, you can apply aloe vera gel on your face at night which can give relief from the problem of acne and your face will become brighter.

Take care of your lips

If you apply lip balm or coconut oil on your lips before sleeping at night, then the problem of chapped lips can be reduced.

Brings glow to the face

Do not forget to clean your face with a cleanser before going to bed at night. If you have applied makeup, remove it as well. This will prevent acne on your face and your skin will also look hydrated. To get flawless skin, it is most important that you stay hydrated and the products you are applying on your face should be according to your skin type, only then will you get the benefit and your skin will get a natural glow.
