A hearty laugh is the best medicine to revive one’s psychological and physiological well-being. When we laugh, it helps us in improving our focus and even helps is in reconnecting us to other people. A good laugh has the potential to heal not only the mind, but the overall body of a human being.

Your muscles get a thorough workout from laughing, and endorphins that reduce tension are released in a rush. Because our bodies cannot tell the difference between genuine and fake laughter, anything that makes you laugh will be beneficial.
