Yoga not only works to build muscle but also to calm the mind, treat several lifestyle diseases, energise the body, and develop self-awareness. However, some yoga positions might be challenging to do because they call for additional flexibility or strength. Even an experienced practitioner can use support in such a situation to complete the asana more effectively.

Here are some simple yoga asanas that you can practice in your daily routine:

Parsva Tadasana

This position, which is a modification of Tadasana (Mountain position), is also known as Standing Side Bend. This standing intermediate variant calls for the body to have strength, flexibility, and balance. Strong lower body, core, and upper body flexibility are all necessary for this position. This position improves digestion, tones the thighs, and relieves tension and fatigue.

Uttana Shishosana

Extended Puppy Pose is derived from the Sanskrit words “uttana” and “shisho,” which both indicate “intense” or “extended” in English. Given its name, this position resembles a stretched-out dog.

Hand Shoulder Opener

All people can benefit from shoulder-opening yoga postures, but those with persistent back and neck issues or those who spend a lot of time each day sitting at a computer may benefit the most. If the shoulders are a persistently sore location, One Hand Shoulder Opener can target the shoulders and provide considerable results.

Anjaneyasana

Since Lord Hanuman was the son of Anjani, Ajaneyasana is named after him. It helps with flexibility, fat burning, improved digestion, blood circulation, sciatica relief, and metabolism maintenance.

Malasana

A beginner-level squatting asana that targets the lower back, hips, hamstrings, knees, and ankles is called Malasana (Garland Pose). The term refers to how the stance seems to be a garland hanging from our neck. Resolving the issue of constipation, it enhances digestion.
