Using some ayurvedic remedies can relieve problems like indigestion and acidity. Let’s check them out:

Ginger and Lemon:

  • Grate raw ginger, add lemon juice, a little black salt, and drink it.

This will help to reduce gas, flatulence, stomach cramps, and burning sensation.

Myrrh powder:

  • Collect the ingredients like rock salt, celery, asafoetida, small myrobalan, and black pepper.
  • Garnish ten grams each.
  • Grind the blend finely, filter, and store it for future use.

Peepal Powder (Ficus religiosa):

  • Grind two spoons of cumin, rock salt, coriander seeds, black pepper, dry ginger powder, small cardamom, and peepal into fine powder.
