Kale and Potatoes

1 cup of kale contains 3.5 grams of protein while 1 cup of potatoes contains 3 grams of protein. Kale is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients that help keep chronic diseases like diabetes and cancer at bay. One cup of baked potatoes provides 20% of your daily potassium needs and 25% of your vitamin C needs.

Nuts

Nuts are basically superfoods. If you wish to follow a good veg protein diet, you can consider adding nuts in your diet. Almonds and cashew nuts are an excellent source of protein.
