Although people bring sweets from the market, but the ones sold in the market are expensive and their taste is also not authentic. Besan laddoos
It will not take you much time to make gram flour laddus. To make gram flour laddus, bake two bowls of gram flour in a pan. Now take out the gram flour and when it cools down, add sugar powder and a bowl of ghee to it and mix. When it is mixed well, take the laddu dough in your hands and make round laddus. This laddu will be ready in about 15-20 minutes.
Khoya Barfi
To make Khoya Barfi, prepare the sugar syrup. When the syrup starts forming 1-2 strings, mix fresh khoya, dry fruit slivers and cardamom powder in it and cook. Cook it until the khoya mixture separates from the pan. When the barfi is ready, pour it in a ghee-coated plate and evenly distribute it and let it cool. Cut and serve later.
Kaju Kathli
To prepare Kaju barfi, add one cup of Kaju's in a mixer and make a paste. Then allow this paste to cool down and then add Cardamon powder in it. Then take it out in a plate and knead it after it cools down and apply a layer of ghee and shape it nicely.
