New Delhi: Our body is the best response service in the world when it comes to diseases. It tells you when to start, stop, what to do, and when to not do anything. When our body does not get the right amount of nutrition from our diet, it starts to show symptoms in various forms but we are so entangled in our day-to-day lives that we often forget to pay attention to detail. So, let us take a moment and see what kind of problems can be caused by an insufficient amount of vitamins and minerals in the body.

Vitamin A: when our body is lacking in this, we see symptoms like dry eyes, dry skin, and hair loss hair. Orange-colored fruits and vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, cantaloupe), leafy greens, and fatty fish should be added to the diet.

Vitamin B(all types): when our body lacks this mineral, Fatigue, weakness, tingling in hands and feet, cracked lips, and mouth ulcers become very common symptoms in the body. To combat these problems, we should include whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, poultry, fish, and leafy greens in our day-to-day diet.

Vitamin C: A lack of this particular mineral can lead to easy bruising, bleeding gums, poor wound healing, and fatigue. To avoid these problems, we should consume more citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruits), berries, kiwi, bell peppers, broccoli

Vitamin D: A lack of this mineral can cause bone pain, weakness, fatigue, muscle cramps, and further weaken the body, To overcome such problems, one should add fatty fish (salmon, tuna), egg yolks, fortified dairy products, mushrooms (exposed to sunlight)

Vitamin E:  Without this vitamin in the body, we might suffer from muscle weakness, vision problems, and poor immune function. To fight these problems, we should consume more nuts, seeds, avocados, and vegetable oils (sunflower, safflower).

Calcium: With the absence of this mineral, we might suffer from weak bones, osteoporosis as well as muscle cramps. To avoid these problems, we should add dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt), leafy greens, fortified tofu, and plant-based milk to our diet.

Iron: The mineral is an essential component of the body, its deficiency can cause fatigue, shortness of breath, pale skin, and dizziness. To make our diets iron-rich, we should consume more red meat, poultry, fish, beans, lentils, and leafy greens (iron absorption is better with vitamin C).

Magnesium: The lack of the mineral can cause Muscle cramps, fatigue, anxiety, and insomnia. To solve these problems, increase the intake of Nuts, seeds, whole grains, leafy greens, and dark chocolate in your normal diet.

Potassium: The absence of the mineral can lead to muscle weakness, fatigue, and irregular heartbeat in the body. Consumption of Fruits (bananas, oranges), vegetables (potatoes, spinach), nuts, and seeds can improve the mineral level in the body.
