New Delhi: In a shocking news, an United Airlines plane made an emergency landing at the Orlando International Airport in Florida on Tuesday night. This happened after a woman passenger reportedly bit a flight attendant mid-air. The flight was on its way from Miami to Newark, New Jersey on Flight 762.The passenger became aggressive and shouted at fellow passengers, TMZ reported. Furthermore, the crew members had to use zip ties to calm the woman down. United Airlines said their flight attendants worked to calm the situation and protect other passengers. A spokesperson for the airline, speaking to FOX 35, said, Our flight attendants worked to de-escalate the situation and protect other customers and after landing in Orlando, law enforcement met the flight, and the passenger was removed. We are grateful to our team for their professionalism and for looking out for the safety of our customers and their fellow United employees, Airline further added.
