America and China are the culprits of global warming, they are at the top in filth along with tariffs

China produced 32% and the US produced 42% plastic waste. India's share was only 3.54%, which makes it clear that India is a more responsible country in this matter.

International News: The ongoing dispute between America and China over tariffs is not coming to an end. America has now imposed 145% tax (tariff) on goods coming from China. This is affecting the economy of the whole world.But these two countries are not only at the forefront in tariffs, but also in spreading filth in the world i.e. producing plastic waste. According to a new report, in the year 2022, about 268 million tonnes of plastic waste was produced worldwide, in which India's share was only 3.5%.

America and China have a big role in plastic waste

According to research, about 400 million tons of plastic was produced in 2022. America's share in this was 42% and China's 32%. China was the largest plastic user country, using 20% ​​of the world's plastic supply. America used 18%, the European Union 16%, India 6% and Japan used 4% plastic.

Landfill and incineration

In 2022, 40% of the world's plastic waste was buried directly in the ground (landfilled), 34% was incinerated and only 9% was recycled.
