A heinous act of crime has surfaced from Pakistans Chechawatni, where a man in Pakistan has allegedly thrown his two young daughters into a canal following an argument with his wife. The incident, which occurred on the outskirts of a rural area, shocked the local community.According to reports, the father, who has been identified as Fahim Javed, engaged in a heated altercation with his wife over maintenance allowance. In a fit of rage or desperation, he purportedly resorted to the extreme act of throwing his two daughters, aged 8 and 10, into a nearby canal. The motive behind such a gruesome action stems from the complexity of interpersonal conflicts and the lack of effective coping strategies.As per officials, the 8-year-old has been saved but the elder one lost her life after being drowned in deep water. Meanwhile, the police have registered a case at Saddar Police Station and started the investigation.It is worth noting that this is not the first time that something like this has surfaced from Pakistan. Before this, on May 3, another similar incident was reported from Faisalabad where a man committed suicide after killing his two wives and four children over financial disputes.
