Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Paris visit has lightened a new relationship between both nations. From PM Modi’s iconic entry to signing several agreements during his visit, everything was special for him and India. Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron shared a selfie with the prime minister. Now, he shared a special video wrapping PM Modi’s visit to the country, saying “To the people of India, trust and friendship.”

The viral video clip covered the prime minister receiving the Grand Cross of the Legion of Honour, the highest French honour in civilian or military orders, besides the participation of Indian forces in the Bastille Day parade in Paris.

Bastille Day, which is celebrated on July 14, is France’s national day and a special parade is held in Paris every year similar to the Republic Day parade in India.

That’s not it, the video also showed glimpses from the parade along with the participation of India’s Rafale fighter jets were part of the video which also covered the talks held between the two heads of the countries.

PM Modi attended a dinner hosted by Macron

During the France visit, the prime minister also attended a banquet dinner hosted by the French President, Macron at the Louvre museum in Paris, which is home to many popular artworks including the Mona Lisa. Further, both leaders also witnessed a firework display marking the end of Bastille Day.

The video shared by Macron is a complete package of PM Modi’s tour, as it included visuals of every event attended by him. Renowned Bollywood actor, R Madhavan was also featured in a scene where President Macron was taking a selfie with PM Modi.

PM Modi departed from France on Saturday morning for his two-day visit to France and returned to Delhi after a stopover in Abu Dhabi. During his UAE visit, PM Modi met the UAE President and key agreements were made between the two countries.
