Did you ever thought about situation while booking a flight that a bothersome child may wind up seated next to you for the whole of the flight? A Turkish air carrier, Corendon Airlines, has got a solution to this now. The company has recently disclosed that they will soon be adding a kid-free zone to one of its routes.

The ‘adult-only’ area will not only offer noise-free area for the passengers travelling without families, but will also benefit the couples, or business class people who want to work silently during travel.

According to the sources, Turkish-Dutch leisure carrier Corendon Airlines is planning to cater the passenger aged 16 and above and are seeking a child-free environment to travel. For this, the airline will reserve some seats on the Airbus A350s. It is anticipated that this service will get into effect from November on flight between Amsterdam and Curacao – a Dutch Caribbean island.

According to the press release on the airline’s website, “Corendon introduces an Only Adult zone on board its flights between Amsterdam and Curaçao. This zone in the aircraft is intended for travellers travelling without children and for business travellers who want to work in a quiet environment. At the same time, the introduction of the Only Adult zone also has a positive effect for parents with children. They don’t have to worry as much about possible reactions from fellow passengers if their child is a bit busier or cries. The Corendon flights to Curaçao will start from November 3 this year.”
