The reports claimed that three people were killed by Palestinian groups in the West Bank for allegedly collaborating with Israeli soldiers. Hamas released 13 Israeli women and children along with 12 Thai nationals on Friday under the truce agreement.
Several photos and videos are being circulated on different social media platforms showing two bodies were hung on an electric pole in Tulkarm.
The reports from Fox News claimed that another was killed as Israel's N12 news channel revealed the identity of two men murdered in Tulkarm. The channel identified them as Hamza Mubarak, 31, and Azam Juabra, 29.
N12 news channel claimed that two men were killed as the crowd shouted "You traitors!". Furthermore, the Israeli channel went on to reveal that the bodies of the two men were abused. The men were accused of leaking the information to the Israeli military which led to the deaths of three terrorists from Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
The i24 News said, "We would like to inform you that there is no immunity for any informer or any traitor and that whoever is proven to be involved in any case of the assassination of our fighters, we will attack him, pursue him, and impose a death sentence on him," an organization calling itself "Resistance Security."
Earlier on October 7, Hamas attacked Israel and took about 240 hostages killing 1,200 people, as per Israel. The Israeli government and media have reported that up to forty of the captives were children, along with some soldiers, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities.
Approximately 40 countries, including the US, Thailand, Britain, France, Argentina, Germany, Chile, Spain, and Portugal, were home to more than half of the captives who were dual citizens or foreign nationals.
