A disturbing video from Georgia has surfaced online, showing a healthcare worker engaging in inappropriate behavior with a disabled patient. The footage, which quickly went viral on social media, features the woman, identified as 19-year-old Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, making TikTok videos while inappropriately dancing around the patient.
Authorities were first alerted to the video on January 23, prompting an immediate investigation by the Loganville Police Department. On January 28, law enforcement officers executed a search warrant, leading to Koiyan’s arrest. She was booked into Walton County Jail on felony charges related to the exploitation of vulnerable patients.
In the viral video, Koiyan can be seen wearing scrubs and a stethoscope, typically worn by medical professionals. She stands over a seated disabled patient, recording herself while dancing suggestively in front of a mirror. The incident is reported to have taken place at the patient’s residence in Loganville.
Another video shows Koiyan forcefully feeding the patient from her scrub pocket. She is also seen standing at the edge of a bathtub while dancing, with another patient lying topless inside, appearing visibly distressed by the act.
Following her arrest, Koiyan was released after posting a $7,500 bond. Loganville Police Chief M.D. Lowry condemned the video, stating, “I was appalled and disgusted that anyone would create such a video featuring a disabled person. As police officers, our highest duty is to protect those who cannot protect themselves, and my detectives worked as swiftly as possible to bring charges in this incident.”
Authorities are now collaborating with multiple jurisdictions to determine the exact location where the second video was filmed. “At this time, we cannot say with certainty that the video was filmed in our jurisdiction, but the investigation is ongoing,” Chief Lowry added.
