A list of the Top 50 cities has been released by the Time Out magazine. Read below to find out which spot Mumabi took on the list.

The ranking for the Top 50 cities in the world is based on public surveys and expert insights. It was an evaluation conducted by the Time Out's international team. Mumbai, India secured a spot at the 12th place on the list.

Evaluation Criteria

Time Out magazine stated on its official website, “We surveyed thousands of city dwellers about the quality and affordability of food, culture, and nightlife in their city. We also asked locals how their city makes them feel: are they happy there? Is it a beautiful place? Is it easy to make social connections? Their thousands of responses gave us a unique insight into the reality of living in the world's greatest cities right now.”

The list is put together based on submissions from a wide network of authors and editors, as well as a survey conducted among 20,000 urban dwellers. The goal of the list is to provide travelers with worldwide travel information, and it takes into account several factors, including the culinary scene, architectural design, and cultural diversity.

Mumbai and its marvels

There are many places that Mumbai is famous, here are some: Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST), Gateway of India, Mani Bhavan Gandhi Museum, Elephanta Caves, Mumbai Film City, Chhota Kashmir, Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Juhu Beach, and Powai Lake. Mumbai is also known for Vada Pav, Kheema Pav, Bhel Puri, and Irani Chai. Do not forget to take a stroll by Mumbai Marine Drive.
