More than two dozen people have also been injured in this attack. In the videos that surfaced on social media, dead bodies lying on the streets and clouds of smoke are clearly visible. This attack shows the lack of desire for any kind of ceasefire on the part of Russia, as President Zelensky himself said in his reaction.

A missile fell near a children's playground

The head of the city's military administration, Oleksandr Vilkul, said that the missile fell near a children's playground, causing damage to several nearby houses. Interior Minister Igor Klimenko confirmed that five residential buildings were damaged in the attack. One person was killed and three others were injured in another drone attack in the city. This information was given by Serhiy Lysak, Governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Russia admits it carried out a 'precision strike'

The Russian Defense Ministry said it carried out a "precise strike" on a restaurant in Krivi Rih where Ukrainian military commanders and Western instructors were reportedly meeting. However, Ukrainian officials have rejected this claim and said the attack was aimed at civilians.

Police sealed the area

Igor Klimenko said that the police have sealed the area and statements are being taken from the victims. He termed it a 'war crime' committed by Russia. A burning car and people's screams were also heard in the video of the incident.

Attack by 'Iskander' missile

According to Ukrainian official Andriy Kovalenko, the Russian 'Iskander' ballistic missile was used in this attack, which has a range of up to 500 kilometers. He described this attack as a 'deliberate genocide'.
