Without visas or permits, these youths traveled to a Latin American country on a chartered plane arranged by an agent. From there, they traveled on foot to Mexico, with the ultimate goal of crossing into the US. However, they were apprehended before they could realize their plan.The investigation revealed that after reaching Mexico, agents placed fake Mexican visa stickers on the youths passports. This elaborate network of agents, which reportedly extends to Delhi, India, facilitated their illegal journey.
