The upcoming US presidential election on November 5 will feature Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee, following Joe Biden's endorsement. Earlier on Friday, former US President Barack Obama publicly endorsed Harris for the presidency after Biden recently exited the race. Obama stated that he and former First Lady Michelle Obama will do everything they can to ensure Harris wins the election in November.
Taking it to his official X handle, Obama assured her of all support to make her win the Presidential election. In a post, he said, "Earlier this week, Michelle and I called our friend @KamalaHarris. We told her we think she'll make a fantastic President of the United States, and that she has our full support. At this critical moment for our country, we're going to do everything we can to make sure she wins in November. We hope you'll join us."

He stated, "She's experienced, tough, and capable. She has been an incredible partner to me and a leader for our country. Now, the choice is up to you, the American people."
Additionally, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre emphasized that no one is more qualified to step in as the Democratic Party's presidential nominee than Vice President Kamala Harris.
