At least 3 Palestinians were killed and six others were injured by the Israeli forces in West Bank on Sunday. The shooting took place in East Jerusalem and Hebron city of the occupied territory, the Palestinian health ministry said.
The occupied West Bank has also been subjected to violence as the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza escalates.
According to media reports out of the three killed two are men aged 22 and 20 and were killed by the attack of Israeli occupation forces’ in Abu Dis, east of occupied Jerusalem.
Another Palestinian was killed by the Israeli forces was also 22 and was killed by Israeli occupation bullets in Nuba, northwest of Hebron," the ministry said.
The Israeli military has said that they are looking into the reports of the killings in Abu Dis and Nuba.
Meanwhile a 17-years-old succumbed to his injuries after he was wounded by the Israeli occupation bullets several days ago in Al-Eizariya, on the outskirts of Jerusalem.
The occupied West Bank has been subjected to escalating violence since war broke out between Israel and Hamas after the Palestinian militant group attacked Israel on October 7.
Palestinian health officials report that since the war began, over 150 Palestinians have been killed in clashes with Israeli security forces and settler attacks across the West Bank.
The Hamas strikes last month killed 1,400 in Israel by Israeli official accounts. Israel has undertaken widespread arrest operations in reprisal, with the army reporting more than 1,000 Palestinians detained in the West Bank with most said to be affiliated with Hamas.
