Isarel-Hezbollah War: In a significant escalation, Israeli fighter jets targeted multiple Hezbollah weapons depots in southern Lebanon, including a rocket launcher in Tebnine. The launcher had been used earlier in the day to fire a barrage of five rockets at Israel’s Carmel and Wadi Ara regions.

Intensified military actions continue

Over the past hour, Israel has intensified its military campaign against Hezbollah, striking dozens of weapon storage sites in southern Lebanon. These operations reflect Israel's determination to neutralize threats from Hezbollah, a group it views as a major security risk.

Regional tensions escalate: Egypt, Iraq, Jordan respond

Meanwhile, in response to Israel's actions, the foreign ministers of Egypt, Iraq, and Jordan issued a joint statement condemning what they described as Israeli aggression. Meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, the ministers warned that Israel’s actions are "pushing the region towards all-out war."

The statement emphasized that de-escalating the situation begins with halting Israel's ongoing military operations in Gaza and Lebanon. The rare joint condemnation from these three nations underscores the growing regional concern over the potential for a broader conflict.
