An awkward sexual assault incident has come into light from United Kingdom’s Brixton where a man has been arrested for raping a woman. But there is a loop, according to the sources, the physical relations were made between the two with the consent of the woman. The woman had consented to sex with Mukendi on the condition that a condom was used. During sex, the man removed the condom without the victim’s knowledge.

Soon after making report of the sexual assault, the court found guilty in the court and he has been sentenced to four years and three months. The act is known as stealthing.

What is Stealthing?

Non-consensual condom removal is classified as rape under English and Welsh law, and is sometimes referred to as ‘Stealthing’. Prosecutions for this type of crime are very rare due to under-reporting.

What is the matter all about?

As reported by Metropolitian Police, 39-year-old Guy Mukendi has been sentenced to jail for removing the condom without the woman's knowledge. According to the sources, a woman and Mukendi had consensual physical relations in Brixton on the condition of using protection. However, Mukendi removed the condom in between without consent.

The victim informed the police about this incident on 9 May. After this, when the investigation started, it was found that the accused had deleted the conversation between the woman and Mukendi through messages. In some of these messages, he was also apologizing for stealing.
