World News: A suprising incident occurred, when a woman was fired for wearing trainer in her work place, Maximus UK services in 2022 within 3 month for violating company dress code. Elizabeth Benassi who was youngest in the team later filed complaint against the injustice she faced in the company, as she was the only one who got fired for violation of dress code .

Allegations filed by the Women 

Elizabeth Benassia reports suggest that she was discriminated in her workplace because of her your age. 18 years old Elizabeth claimed that she felt that her teammates mistreated her, and cornered her like a child. Further Elizabeth said that the reason her supervisor treated her might be because she was  young. Elizabeth shed light on the mistreatment and discrimination faced by the her in workplace in her report .

Company Defense 

According to the source, Maximus UK Services claimed that Elizabeth violated dress code rule of the company and that is the reason she got  fired her, but when investigated by court they found that there was no such rules in the company. Elizabeth also reported that other employees wear trainers as well, but she was the only one who got fired .

Compensation ordered by court 

As per media source, it is said that compensation of Rs 32 lakh was given to Elizabeth Benassi compensating her injustice. This event shed light over all the employees who faced violence, injustice in workplace. This incident also raises concern, that will young people will be given fair chance in working environment and help them to succeed
