Hamas terrorists launched a major attack in Israel on October 7, 2023. Many people were killed in this attack while many ran away to save their lives. One such woman is Estar Moshe who ran for 20 KM to save her life and that of her unborn child. Estar Moshe was three months pregnant when the attack occurred on October 7.
Exactly six months ago, she had gone to the Nova Music Festival. At the same time, Hamas terrorists attacked there. Remembering that day, she says that I was ready to do anything to save my child. When Estar Moshe ran to save her life and the life of her unborn son, bullets started firing and rockets started exploding on the desert sand.
Astar told Daily Mail on Sunday that when I found out I was pregnant, we tried to cancel the music festival tickets but we were not successful. So, we thought, 'Why not?' Let's have one last fun. During the festivities, at 6.30 am on October 7, the couple were startled by sirens and an explosion.
“We decided to leave and take the car, but then we saw bullet holes in it and two policemen told us to run,” Astar recalled. If we had gone we would have been killed, because all the first cars that passed by did not reach there. We didn't know which way to run and we didn't know where we were going. There was smoke all around us, bombs were coming from everywhere and they were shooting at us.
Astar said that we thought that if we stayed here we would be killed. I can't accept defeat. We decided to run away from there and kept running for several hours. Astar said that when we realized the incident we were in shock. Insurance worker Estar gave birth to 6-pound Benaya Moshe two weeks ago. He and his partner Shlomi, 37, a building maintenance manager, call him their 'miracle'.
