From January 20 to 24, 2025, Davos, Switzerland, hosted the World Economic Forum (WEF), a prestigious event addressing critical global issues such as climate change, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and international security. With business leaders, journalists, and celebrities in attendance, the WEF remains a significant platform for shaping corporate and public decisions. However, as reported by Daily Mail, the Swiss Alps’ serene setting also became a hub for an unexpected activity – a spike in demand for escort services and sex parties.

Rising demand for escorts and NDAs

During the WEF, several escort agencies reported a notable increase in bookings for sex parties and a growing trend of requiring non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for women, transwomen, and sex workers. According to reports, nearly 3,000 industry and corporate leaders attended the event, creating unprecedented demand for such services. The website Tit4Tat, which connects clients with escorts, revealed that approximately 300 women and transwomen were booked during this year’s forum, compared to 170 in 2024.

Escorts cater to elite clients

Andreas Berger, a spokesperson for Tit4Tat, stated, "This year set a record for us, with significantly higher bookings than previous years." Berger also noted that many women participating in Davos sex parties are now compelled to sign NDAs to maintain confidentiality.

Swiss escort agency Avantgarde’s head, Suzanne, commented on the demands of high-profile clients, stating, "These individuals often see themselves as untouchable, and their preferences reflect that. Requests for unconventional fetishes and dominant behavior have significantly increased among powerful men attending the forum."

Expensive services, high-value transactions

Escort services during the WEF reportedly charged up to £6,000 (₹6.45 lakh) per booking, with some clients paying for extended hours of companionship. Berger disclosed that Tit4Tat recorded 300 bookings in just the first three days, generating revenue of approximately ₹2.9 crore. Combined with other agencies, total transactions during the event are estimated to have reached ₹9.68 crore.
