Built on 27 acres of land, the much-awaited BAPS Temple by Swaminarayan Sanstha is all set to be inaugurated today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the BAPS Hindu Temple in Abu Dhabi later today. The two leaders gave each other hugs and handshakes.He expressed his gratitude to UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for the BAPS Hindu Temple, stating that it is a symbol of his respect and love for India.In expressing appreciation for the Abu Dhabi BAPS Hindu Mandir, PM Modi said that this couldnt have been possible without his love and support.I consider the construction of BAPS temple here as a reflection of your love for India and your vision for the bright future of UAE. Perhaps, this level of love and trust showcases the unique relationship, PM Modi said.It is worth to be noted that the proposal of the Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi came during the PM Narendra Modis first visit to the UAE in 2015 after which the government allocated land for the BAPS temple. PM Modi called this a landmark move and thanked the leadership of UAE on behalf of 130 crore Indians.
