In a tragic story, Brazilian fitness inferencer Larissa Borges dies at the age of 33 after she suffered from a double cardiac arrest. After spending a week in a hospital the influencer finally succumbed to death on Monday.The news was confirmed by her family who broke out the news through a post on her Instagram page. “The pain of losing someone so young, just 33 years old, and so kind, is overwhelming. Our hearts are broken, and the longing we will feel is indescribable,” wrote the post. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Larissa Borges (@lariborgesx) According to media outlets Larissa suffered from cardiac arrest while traveling in Gramado and was hospitalised on August 20 where she subsequently went into a coma and remained for a week while her family provided updates on her social media handles.She suffered from a second cardiac arrest and shortly after Larissa died in the hospital. The cause of her death is not yet clear however, preliminary investigation said that she may be intoxicated at the time of her heart troubles. Her body has been sent for postmortem for further investigations.Larissas investigative reports “There is a report of a possible ingestion of narcotic substances, accumulated with alcoholic beverages,” reported Deputy Gustavo Barcellos of the ongoing investigation. “The body was sent for necropsy. We will try to search through laboratory tests for substances that she possibly consumed.”As per reports, the influencers boyfriend is also said to have given his testimonies to the police. Moreover, Borges family is also said to have asked the public for donations to help them transport her body from Gramado to her hometown“Any amount, however small, will make a difference and help ease the financial burden facing the family during this very challenging time,” the family said.Borges had a following of 30,000 on Instagram and updated her followers regularly with her fitness, fashion, and travel content. In one of her final snaps before her death, she could be seen posing in a winter coat at an indoor ski park, with a caption that read, “I can believe in tomorrow.”
