UP Board 10th-12th Results: Girls again win, show great performance in the result

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced the results of Class 10 and Class 12 board exams for 2024-25. The percentage of students passing in class 10 was 90.11 per cent while in class 12 it stood at 81.15 per cent. Girls have outdone boys.

Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced results of Class 10 and Class 12 board exams for 2024-25 academic session. Because of the activism and transparent system, the exam result has been declared within 43 days this time. The pass percentage of all the students of class 10 was 90.11 per cent, whereas the pass percentage of class 12 was 81.15 per cent.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and wished good luck for their future

Mehak Jaiswal of Bacha Ram Yadav Inter College Bhulai Ka Pura (Prayagraj) School topped class 12 with 97.20% marks. Yash Pratap Singh of Smt. Raskendri Devi Inter College, Umari (Jalaun) topped class 10 with 97.83% marks. As with every exam result, girls have done better this time as well. Girls' pass percentage in class 10 is 7.21% better than the boys. And the pass percentage of girls in class 12 is 9.77% higher than the boys' pass percentage. All the candidates have been congratulated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and wished good luck for their future.

10th exam result

  • Total Students: 25,45,815 (including 1327024 boys and 1218791 girls)
  • Pass Students: 22,94,122
  • Total Pass Percentage: 90.11%
  • Pass Percentage of Boys: 86.66%
  • Pass Percentage of Girls: 93.87%
  • Girls performed better by 7.21%

12th Exam Result

  • Total Students: 25,98,560 (1387263 Male, 1211297 Female)
  • Pass Students: 21,08,774
  • Total Pass Percentage: 81.15%
  • Pass Percentage of Students: 76.60%
  • Pass Percentage of Girls: 86.37%

Girls performed better by 9.77%

Released result in record time

Director of Education (Secondary) Mahendra Dev and Secondary Education Council Secretary Bhagwati Singh declared the results and informed that the 10th and 12th exams this year have been finished from 24 February 2025 to 12 March 2025. The exams were successfully conducted without any cheating in 13 working days in total at 8140 examination centers by the UP Board. Evaluation of answer sheets took place from March 19 to April 2 at 261 evaluation centres. 92,594 teachers took part in the Class 10 evaluation and 56,066 teachers took part in the intermediate evaluation.
