After winning Bigg Boss OTT Season 2, popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav has found himself embroiled in a controversy. A case has been registered against him at Kotwali Sector-49 in Noida. He has been accused of being associated with a group involved in the illegal supply of snake venom.
The police have arrested five individuals in connection with this case. An investigation is currently underway to ascertain Elvish Yadav's involvement in the alleged illegal activities.

The case has been filed at the behest of officials from the 'People for Animals' organisation, which is affiliated with Member of Parliament Maneka Gandhi.
According to the complaint, Elvish Yadav, along with other YouTube content creators, has been producing videos involving live snakes and snake venom in farmhouses in the Noida-NCR area. Additionally, they have been hosting parties, including foreign youth, where snake venom and other intoxicating substances are reportedly served. A whistleblower contacted Elvish Yadav, who provided the contact number of an individual named Rahul.
Rahul was contacted, and Elvish Yadav's name was mentioned during the conversation. It was in response to this information that the complainant brought the case to the attention of the Forest Department authorities and the police.
On November 2, the Forest Department and the police conducted a joint operation and apprehended the suspects. They confiscated 20 milliliters of snake venom, five cobras, one python, two turtles, and one tortoise from the accused individuals.
The accused have been identified as Rahul, Titunath, Jaykaran, Narayan, and Ravinath. The police have detained these individuals, and an investigation into Elvish Yadav's alleged involvement in this case is ongoing.
Elvish Yadav is a renowned YouTuber and internet personality with over 14.5 million subscribers on his main YouTube channel and over 7.5 million subscribers on his second channel, 'Elvish Yadav Vlogs.' He is also highly active on Instagram, where he has a following of over 16 million fans.
Elvish Yadav recently made headlines after participating in Bigg Boss OTT Season 2, where he emerged as the winner. He is the first wild card contestant to win the show's trophy in the history of Bigg Boss.
In addition to this recent legal issue, Elvish Yadav had previously reported an extortion attempt. He informed the police that he had received a threatening call demanding one crore rupees. This incident occurred on October 25 and was reported at the Gurugram Sector-53 police station.
Elvish Yadav's involvement in the snake venom supply scam and other associated controversies has put him in a challenging legal situation, and the ongoing investigations will determine the extent of his responsibility in this case.
