It’s Monsoon season, and monsoon is all about romance, love, feelings, emotions, and Bollywood love songs. ‘Baarish ka mousam’ best goes with RD Burman’s ‘ Rhimjhim Gire Saawan’ from one of the iconic Indian films 1979 Manzil, featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Moshumi Chatterjee was filmed against the backdrop of rainy Bombay (Mumbai). Now, a couple has reenacted the song and it is all over the internet. Netizens are amazed to see how beautifully they have done it.

The video recently has been shared by Mahindra group chairman, Anand Mahindra, shows an elderly duo dressed like Big B and Moshumi Chatterjee, recreating the popular Bollywood song in a scene-by-scene manner.

Taking it to Twitter, Anand Mahindra wrote, “This is justifiably going viral. An elderly couple re-enacts the popular song ‘Rimjhim gire sawaan’ at the very same locations in Mumbai as in the original film. I applaud them. They’re telling us that if you unleash your imagination, you can make life as beautiful as you want it to be…!”

After the video went viral, it has amassed more than 7 lakh views with almost 15,000 likes. One of the users said, “I love this song. Sort of epitomizes monsoon romance for me. And this is so moving. Good for them. May they live long. And enjoy many more monsoons.”
