On Saturday in Chennai, actor RS Shivaji, who was well-known for his roles in both the Tamil and Telegu cinema industries, passed suddenly at 66. A post on his Facebook page confirmed his sudden death. Cardiac arrest is the reason that took him away.RS Shivaji was well-known for his work with Kamal Haasan and the latters production company, Raaj Kamal Production House. In the blockbuster movie Vikram from 2022, he last appeared alongside Kamal. Recently, Shivaji appeared in the movie Lucky Man on television, among other popular portrayals.Trade analyst Ramesh Bala took to Twitter to share the sad news. RS was a part of several blockbuster films, including Vikram, Apoorva Sagodharargal, Gargi, Soorarai Pottru, Sathya, Chachi 420, and Michale Madana Kama Rajan, amongst others.Subsequently, he made his Telugu film debut in Jagadekaveeru Athiloka Sundari, starring Chiranjeevi.
