While hundreds of Trevor Noah fans kept waiting on the roads because of traffic, the comedian chose to cancel his two shows in Bengaluru as the sound system was not up to his mark.

He took to social media platform X and shared a message in which he mentioned that though he was looking forward to performing but due to technical issues he has been forced to cancel both shows. He added that his team tried everything but because the audience can’t hear the comedians on stage there’s literally no way to do a show. He also stated that all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Well, clearly, he was majorly disappointed as he also wrote that nothing like this has never happened before.

Meanwhile, BookMyShow, responding to the entire matter, announced on X that the Bengaluru leg of the India Tour for both September 27th & 28th stands cancelled. All customers who purchased tickets for both shows will get a complete refund within 8-10 working days. We deeply regret this experience that our valuable customers faced and hope to be able to bring Trevor back to this amazing city at the earliest.”

It should be noted that besides this, Bengaluru was seen making headlines on Thursday because of the unusual heavy traffic that kept the city static on Wednesday. There were even claims that school-going kids reached their homes at 9PM.
