Just in! The Indian television industry seems to be witnessing a tough time. In a shocking incident, TV show Anupama- fame actor Nitesh Pandey has died of a cardiac arrest on May 24, 2023. He was just 51. Anupama, one of the most popular shows on Indian television these days, featured Nitesh Pandey in a crucial role and played Anupamas (Rupali Ganguly) friend Devikas husband. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Rups (@rupaliganguly) According to sources, soon after getting the cardiac arrest, the actor died on the spot at 2 am in Igatpuri near Nashik, where he was on a shoot. Pandey started his acting career with theatre in 1990. His first tryst with the TV was with 1995 television series Tejas, in which he played a detective. Nitesh also acted in popular films like Om Shanti Om and Khosla Ka Ghosla besides TV shows like Manzilein Apani Apani, and Astitva…Ek Prem Kahani, Saaya, Justajoo, and Durgesh Nandini. He also owns Dream Castle Productions, an independent production company that creates radio programmes. With Sudha Chandran, Pandey performed in theatre productions including Aastha and Misal Pav. He will be remembered for his performance in Khosla Ka Ghosla.
