On Tuesday, Mumbai Police registered a case against the daily soaps producer Asit Kumarr Modi, operation head Sohail Ramani and executive producer Jatin Bajaj based on a complaint from one of the TMKOCs actors.FIR lodged against TMKOCs producers and two crew membersTaking notes from the complaint, the Powai Police has lodged an FIR (First Investigation Report) under sections 354 and 509 (Assault or criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the IPC (Indian Penal Code). Despite the serious charges, the police have yet not made any arrests. Also, he claimed to take legal action against the actor in an attempt to defame him.
