Bollywood King Khan’s daughter, Suhana Khan is all set to make her debut in the film industry with her upcoming movie ‘The Archies,’ which will be available on the OTT platform- Netflix on July 11. The star kid has always been in the headlines due to her bold and controversial looks and statements. She loves to brag about her expensive buys, like clothes, bags, accessories, and whatnot. One of her latest purchases is farmland in Thal village in Alibaug on the outskirts of Mumbai.

Details of Suhana Khan’s new property in Mumbai’s Thal

Suhana’s new property costs a whopping Rs 12.91 crore and the transaction was registered on June 1. The purchase includes the 1.5-acre agricultural land along with 2,218 sq ft of structure on it. Moreover, a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh was also paid by SRK’s daughter, and the registration documents were accessed and shared by IndexTop.com.

Interestingly, the documents describe Suhana as an ‘agriculturist.’ Moreover, she brought the land from three sisters who inherit the land from their parents.

SRK’s Thal property

That’s not it, Bollywood superstar, SRK, also owns a sea-facing property in Thal village which he brought on the occasion of his 52nd birthday. The massive mansion also has a swimming pool and a helipad and several Bollywood parties have been hosted there, according to the media reports.

His property is registered in the name of Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, on which Shah Rukh Khan’s mother-in-law Savita Chhiber and sister-in-law Namita Chhiber are directors. Despite all the documentation, in 2020, the owners were fined Rs 3.06 crore by the Raigad Collector for alleged violations of the Bombay Tenancy Act and the demolition of the original farmhouse.

Meanwhile, Suhana Khan signed her first brand endorsement in April this year when she appeared at a Maybelline New York event as the brand ambassador.
