Entertainment News: Shilpa Shetty is famous for her fitness and fabulous tone body all thanks to her strict diet, healthy eating and exercise routine, which help her to maintain her about at the age of 49. From all the workout plan, to her daily diet routine, we have seen Shilpa sharing tips to her fans to get a body fit and tone. In one of her old interview Shilpa reveal how she stays fit and in shape. She shows her love for food and claims herself as a foodie person she also say that putting oneself in diet doesn't mean cutting don't of food but it is having right food.
 

Diet plan for breakfast 

Fitness icon Shilpa Shetty, who is currently 49 years old, believes in a 'Simple Yet Effective' holistic approach to life. Immunity-boosting aloe vera juice kicks off the day; this is followed by some warm porridge and the very 'old-worldly brew-tea.' White sugar is not something that comes to her aid here. "Brown sugar comes out and makes way in this scheme of things of anything that is white." 


Routine for lunch and dinner 

Although opposite to the trend of hot or boiled food, Shilpa prefers "normal food" cleverly prepared with healthy oils such as olive or vegetable oil. Her lunch is composed of brown rice or chapatti, dal, chicken curry, and a vegetable dish. On time in the evening, hunger gets satisfied with brown toast and eggs along with tea. Dinner is kept light before sunset time with a salad, soup, and a chicken dish.


Fitness Secret 

It is a fitness lifestyle that balances weight training and yoga as the base of her routine. Alternating between strength training and yoga will make sure her body is sculpted and flexible. Simple is the mantra that defines Shilpa's life: it must be nutritious, she stays on track, and enjoys the lifestyle, all of which ensures wellness without giving up taste or variety.
